It all started when...
A bra sales associate explained that I could wear one of 2 bra sizes: Option 1 had cups that were too narrow for my frame. Option 2 had cups that were the appropriate width but had too much volume. Those were my best options...and both were bad.
I left the store believing I just had weird proportions and would have to compromise on fit. Then I started talking to other women and learned that they ALL felt as though they had a uniquely difficult time finding bras that fit.
By getting rid of bra sizes, we're eliminating one more impossible standard, one more reason that women have to feel like their bodies are weird or wrong. mbody is on a mission to help women feel less body doubt and more body love.
